As we all do our best to deal with the current situation, we understand this is an overwhelming disruption to our day-to-day routine. The team at Healthmate Hot Tubs takes great pride in meeting your needs during all of this. We are following the best protocol in both hygiene and public policy.
In response to the COVID-19, we have been taking extra precautions. It is our priority to provide a safe experience for our customers as well as a safe work environment for our employees. In light of the recent Stay at Home Order, we will be modifying our business to comply.

We are open.

Our in-store hours are:
  • Mon-Fri: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM - 5 PM
  • Sunday: 9:30 AM - 4 PM

Product Sales

Our wonderful team of spa sales professionals will  be available in-store, online and virtually for your needs. Give us a call at (732) 424-0030 and we will direct you to someone to speak to. Live chat with our wellness experts on our website, take a virtual tour or make an appointment to our store. We’ll put you in touch with someone to help you along your hot tub journey, all from the comfort of your home.

Chemical & Supply Sales

To maintain the safety, sanitation, and operation of your hot tub or swim spa, we will still be open to sell supplies for the use of your product. 

Occupancy Limit

We will be allowing customers into the store, one at a time. We will maintain the required 6 feet distance between staff and customers. Please call ahead to make an appointment.

Curbside Delivery

Additionally, we will be providing parking lot pickup. Call, place, and pay for your order. We will deliver it your car.


The safest and recommended option is to purchase your chemicals from our online store here.


If you have scheduled or need to schedule a water care or maintenance visit, we want to assure you that this aspect will continue as usual- with a few safety precautions:
No Personal Contact
Our service technicians will work on diagnosing and handling your products without ever coming within distance to you or your family. We will call you upon arrival, and perform our servicing while you remain indoors. If contact is necessary, we will give you a call. All service appointments are subject to prioritization.
