After nearly two years of being indoors and adjusting to a “new lifestyle”, a large portion of the population was faced with feelings of depression and anxiety. Now that life is slowly returning to normal, a lot of us are trying to find ways to heal from within & it’s no surprise that a hot tub can help you on this journey to healing.
