HealthMate Hot Tubs does not accept any returns for any water care products and/or water care accessories to avoid re-selling any potentially tampered with product. Please make sure to check the product that you are purchasing is the product you need to avoid any need for return as we do not accept returns. If you have any questions about products before purchasing, please call us (732) 424-0030 – we will be happy to help you figure out which chemicals you may need. If it is after hours, please leave us a message and we will call you back as we are able to.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of products or services (“Goods”) by Health Mate Hot Tubs LLC  (“Seller”) to the purchaser (“Buyer”). By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Finality of Sales:

All sales made by the Seller are final. Once the Buyer completes the purchase and the Goods are delivered or made available, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless otherwise stated in this Agreement or required by applicable law.

Inspection and Acceptance:

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the Goods upon receipt. If there are any defects or discrepancies, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 30 days, as specified by the Seller’s return policy. Failure to notify the Seller within this timeframe will result in the Buyer waiving any right to claim a refund, return, or exchange.

Non-Transferable:

The Buyer may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under this Agreement to any other party without the prior written consent of the Seller.

Exceptions:

The Seller reserves the right to make exceptions to this “All Sales Are Final” policy in certain circumstances, at its sole discretion. Such exceptions may include situations where the Goods are damaged during shipping, are found to be defective upon receipt, or if required by applicable law.

Warranty:

Any warranties provided by the Seller are subject to the terms and conditions stated in a separate warranty document or as expressly specified in the product description. The Buyer should refer to the specific warranty terms applicable to the purchased Goods.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall the Seller be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of the Goods, even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Buyer agrees that the Seller’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within New Jersey, USA.

Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the “All Sales Are Final” policy.
