The staff is very helpful with hot tub selection and is happy to provide assistance after delivery. Delivery went very smoothly and they can connect you with contractors for the necessary electric and foundation work.

The team at HealthMate is absolutely fantastic to deal with. No pressure, well informed, but also let their products sell themselves. We went in to look at one of their used tubs, but fell in love with the size and look of the new Caldera Cantabria model they had on the floor.
